The tricky thing about the delicious sweet treats and desserts at Pocono Dessert Co. is that you’ll want to try them all at once! But you’ll also want the same one dessert you have fallen in love with at PDC from the moment you tasted it. Ahhh, decisions, decisions. With that said, we want to challenge you to try something new in January. We’re always introducing new dessert choices and drink options. We also do our best to keep the crowd-pleasing staples of our dessert shop stocked and fresh. Below we put together a list of new desserts and some classics for you to explore!

Cannoli Stuffed Donut

It’s highly recommended that you try our homemade cannoli stuffed donut. Our donuts are popular for their freshness and bold flavors. Our cannoli filling is always made from scratch and has a perfect consistency. Grab a hot cup of coffee and treat yourself to a cannoli-stuffed donut, you won’t regret it! And if you’ve already tried and loved our cannoli stuffed donut we ask you to pass one along to someone who hasn’t. Spread the love of delicious fresh baked donuts!

Boba Soda

Originating from Taiwan, boba is made from tapioca, a gluten-free starch extracted from the root of a cassava plant. It’s become very popular over the last few decades and has been around in the United States since the 1990s. We offer a variety of boba soda flavors such as bursting peach, bursting mango, brown sugar, and bursting strawberry. And if you really fall in love with our boba soda, you can explore more boba options at Pocono Dessert Co. We have boba tea and you can add boba to many cold drink options.

French Macarons

Some of our french macarons are made fresh and supplied by the one and only Shay’s Mac Shack in Reeders, PA. They’re always changing up their macaron flavors and creating the most unique, incredibly good-tasting macarons. So of course, we love to have them here in the shop for you to enjoy! We also make our own macarons in the shop. Our macarons are guaranteed gluten-free with flavors in vanilla, chocolate, raspberry, pistachio, coffee, and lemon. You couldn’t find better, fresher macarons if you tried.

Sfogliatella

Sfogliatella is one of the most famous Italian pastries. What’s nice about sfogliatella is that it can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert! This isn’t a common pastry you’ll find around very often. We’re proud to offer perfectly crisp and sweet sfogliatella in our dessert shop and hope you’ll give it a try.

Energy Fizzer

If you’re dragging and need an energy boost, our energy fizzer can give you exactly what you need! Our energy fizzers are a mix of Redbull (sugar-free or regular) and sweet flavoring that adds the perfect amount of class to drinking Redbull. 

Headlight Donut

A new and delicious donut we have is the headlight donut. Our headlight donut is filled with light fluffy sweet vanilla whipped cream and topped with chocolate ganache frosting. Don’t mistake this donut for a Boston cream!

A Hot or Cold Macchiato

A macchiato is an espresso coffee beverage with foamed milk. Macchiatos are perfect hot or cold! We’ve recently introduced new flavors of macchiatos to our menu - the black and white cookie macchiato and chocolate chip cannoli macchiato. Topped with whipped cream and chocolate syrup, what’s not to love? In fact, our new macchiato flavors pair excellently with one of our headlight donuts.
