In order to best serve you, we have instituted the following order policy. Please review this policy carefully prior to submitting your custom order or catering request. We look forward to serving you!




  • All custom order requests must be received prior to Monday at 8pm prior to requested weekend pick-up date.


  • IF we are able to accommodate a last minute booking request an additional 15% Rush Order fee will be applied to your total. If your order request is for pickup within 3 days, the Rush Order Fee increases to 50%. All last minute orders require full non-refundable payment at time of booking.


  • ALL BOOKING ACCEPTANCE IS AT THE DISCRETION OF OUR STAFF, NO ORDER IS GAURUNTEED TO BE ACCEPTED AUTOMATICALLY.


  • For Orders totaling less than $100 payment in full is due at time of order. 10 days prior to scheduled pick up date, changes to orders will no longer be accepted and cancellation will incur a 25% cancellation fee deducted from refund. If order is cancelled within 3 days of pick up date, order will be non refundable. 


  • On all orders totaling $100 or more, A 25% non refundable deposit is due with 24 hours of booking to secure your spot on our schedule with the remaining balance being due 10 days prior to pick up. Once we reach that final due date, changes to the order will no longer be accepted and there will be no refund for cancellation. A $5 per day late fee will automatically be applied starting the following day if payment is not received. You will receive several automatic email reminders leading up to this point for your convenience.


  • Any order places and accepted with a pick up date less than 5 days in the future will be due in full with no deposit option. 


  • Please thoroughly review your invoice to assure all order details are correct, payment of invoice acts as signature and acceptance of order as described in invoice. 


  • YOUR ORDER WILL NOT APPEAR ON OUR BAKER’S SCHEDULE UNTIL PAYMENT IS REMITTED ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE POLICY. Other than automatic invoice reminders from square, you will not receive reminders from us to make your payment on time. If payment is not made per the above stated policy, your order will not be fulfilled or a late fee may be applied.
